General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between 99x04 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual ("User", "you") who uses its website and services.

By opening an account with 99x04 or using any part of the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted the full content of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the platform.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement. Those documents are an integral part of these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services at 99x04, the following eligibility conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for people aged 21 and above only.
• You must operate the account in your own name and on your own behalf — operating an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• You must be in full mental capacity when using the services.
• You must confirm that you are under no legal restriction from using the services of 99x04.

99x04 may request identity documents or other verifiable records at any time for age verification. Allowing minors to gamble or operating an account on their behalf is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, the account will be permanently closed.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at 99x04, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Providing incorrect or misleading information will be treated as a violation of the Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for your account username and password. The following must be observed:

• Keep your password strong and unique — use a separate password for this platform only.
• Never share your login details with anyone.
• Always log out after using an unfamiliar or public device.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be confiscated and any bonuses or winnings in those accounts will be considered void.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at 99x04: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

Deposited funds must be sent from your own payment account only. Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned if necessary.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Before processing a withdrawal, 99x04 may ask you to complete an identity verification process (KYC).
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-related funds (see Section 5 for details).
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, the withdrawal may be put on hold until the investigation is complete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions at 99x04 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• ৳34,000 or more deposited → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total ৳54,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used in the manner specified in these Terms.
• The bonus from one promotion cannot be combined with another promotion unless explicitly stated.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 99x04 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and winnings.
• 99x04 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of bonus offers.
• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing games at 99x04:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game or on the relevant page.
• Game results are determined by automated systems and shall be considered final.
• In the event of a technical error, 99x04 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the original amount.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting a software error or technical issue may be cancelled by 99x04.

6.2 Sports Betting

Before placing a bet in the sports betting section, carefully review the terms of the relevant market. A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled or changed unless there is a specific reason.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are provided by established game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others). The RTP (Return to Player) and fairness of these games are determined and tested by the respective providers.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 99x04:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to use the bonus system in a fraudulent manner.
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to illegally influence game outcomes.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances may be confiscated. Relevant authorities may be notified if required.

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. After the request is received, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by 99x04

99x04 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• In accordance with directions from regulatory or legal authorities.
• Extended period of inactivity.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may request to suspend your account (self-exclusion) for a specified period. This request can be made through the support team.
